The app worked fine for several years until a few months ago. I tried to pay some bills and the list of payers was blank. I have talked to the bank on several occasions and with no success. I have deleted and reloaded the app several times and still no payees. The same is true on my iPad and I even loaded the app on my wife’s iPad and still no payee‘s listed. So it is impossible for me to request checks to be sent from this app on my iPhone.
This might be the worst phone app I’ve ever used. Worked for 2 weeks with biometrics and everything and then decided it would no longer accept my biometrics. Then it wouldn’t take my password, even though my laptop and desktop both continued to do so. So, I changed my password but still couldn’t get the thing to take my fingerprint—even though I use my fingerprint to get into my phone and a dozen other things. So to use this app I now have to tap in about 20 digits. I never have any of these issues with my credit union account. To top it off, I got appallingly little sympathy from Customer Service at BRBT when I called. Not a satisfying customer experience in any way.
App is junk
Nothing works properly on this app. Supposed to send an alert before going over drawn, it decided to stop working allowing me to rack up multiple $30 charges. Try to stop the bleeding and deposit mobile and that doesn't work. Their reasoning for it not working I'm overdrawn, kind of a conundrum one would think. On top of all the issues it's constantly experiencing half the time you've got to go thru the trouble of picking a new password to get into the app to find out the app isn't going to do what it's supposed to anyways. The staff at my branch is the only thing that keeps me banking here.
