Works like it should
I have had no problems using the app. From depositing checks to checking on balances, everything works as it should. One suggestion....when I log out, I click LOG OUT....then it asks me “are you sure you want to log out?” And I have to press OK. Get rid of the logout confirmation. I wouldn’t have pressed it if I didn’t mean it. And if I accidentally did, I’d rather log back on once then have to press that second logout confirmation EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Mobile Deposit failure
The mobile deposit feature has not worked in weeks. Get “RDC VENDOR” error message instead. I’ve called and talked to the tech team with no progress. Please fix!
Also, I really want to see a copy of each check that is deposited in my account, not just a deposit slip. When you have multiple checks of the same amount it makes it very difficult to see which has gone through and which has failed.
The app is so slow that it never actually opens. The older version was fine. I’ve had to put my information so many times and it’s not opened once!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
