Applies to BlueParrott headsets with a BlueParrott Button™, such as: B650-XT, S650-XT, M300-XT, M300-XT SE, B550-XT, B450-XT (BPB-45020), B450-XT Classic, B350-XT (BPB-35020), B350-XT, C400-XT, C300-XT and S450-XT.
Also the BlueParrott Button™ can be configured to integrate with selected third party apps. Ideal for those who need to communicate with teams operating in warehouse, retail or hospitality settings.

The B650-XT, S650-XT, M300-XT, M300-XT SE, B250-XTS SE enable firmware updates over-the-air using the BlueParrott App, allowing you to keep your headset up to date without having to connect your headset to the computer.

This headset is by far superior to every other one I have used for driving a truck! The noise cancellation along with the micro phone/ear speaker clarity is so good! Thank you for helping e stay connected to my loved ones Blue Parrott! Not to mention the 70 dollar discount I got just by calling and asking about deals! Y’all’s customer service is awesome and so easy/understanding to work with! Again thank y’all for the Blue Parrott experience!

Great app
Does as described. I’ve use BlueParrott headsets for over 15 years. Currently have a 350. I’ve never tried a different brand because I’ve never needed too.
Great device and the app is a cool addition to the headset to check firmware and change the buttons. 5 star!

good device, poor app and updates
I just purchased my B450 XT headset, it instructed me to download the app and get a firmware update for the headset, and all I been having is issue after issue after issue, this is ridiculous, and yes I reached out to support, he helped all he could, the update issues never got resolved so now I will never know if my purchase of the headset and all features are fully functional, I shouldn’t have to go through all of this period.
