The app says it will allow you to do multiple things like find your member id card or search for care or see claims and for the most part you can. However, you aren’t doing that in the app, it just directs you to the website and my biggest complaint is you can’t actually find your member id card. It just sends you in an endless circle of trying to find it. The mobile site says to just to use the app, but doesn’t tell you specially where to find it in the app.

Trying to create an account.. but it won’t let me get pass the create password. It gives you a check list to have at least 8 characters, upper and lowercase letters, and at least one special character. All are marked green, I go to submit and then it gives me a warning saying the password but only contain letters and numbers. I take the special character away and I still can’t continue.

App worked fine until a couple weeks ago, now I can't log in, accepts my face id and brings up the first info page then the loading icon just keeps spinning. Have restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app but just does the same thing, so much for updating to fix bugs cuz now mine has bugs it didn't have 😡

I used to have UHC from a previous employer, and their app was awesome! I could see everything including preferred providers, quality of providers, and costs of procedures and prescription drugs. All this before I ever set foot in a doctor’s office. This app is so limited. I guess they just like spending lots of time the phone with their members.
