Blurred Camera makes it easy to quickly blur the camera or a photo on your device so that you can create stylish wallpapers - for free! Simply pinch to to change the amount your picture is blurred by and swipe to adjust the saturation/contrast.
Please note that your device must have a back facing camera in order to use the camera feature, however you can still import from photos.
