Can’t seem to link a device

I purchased this awhile ago on indigogo and finally got the chance to set it up but I’m able to link the device. The BMMPR failed initial firmware update and now I can’t seem to get it to link at all or get back to the firmware update.

If you have a vehicle and a cellphone, you should also have a Bmmpr.

Bmmpr responded and I could not be more satisfied. After some troubleshooting and eliminating any variables, it turned out that I simply had a unit that was acting up. They took care of the situation and now my Bmmpr unit is working as it should and I can have peace of mind that my vehicle has meaningful protection for once.

I happen to be local to San Diego where Bmmpr is headquartered. After contacting Bmmpr about my initial issues with getting impact alerts, I received a response from Bmmpr CEO Marko Mandaric himself! He invited me to stop by the Bmmpr lab where the magic happens to check out what was causing errors for me not receiving alerts. Marko gave me a tour and very informative rundown of all the hurdles the Bmmpr team have overcome to bring this wonderful invention to fruition. I was fortunate to get an opportunity to pick his brain about Bmmpr’s future potential. Trust me guys... this is just the tip of the iceberg! They are working on some goodies that we as vehicle consumers have been desiring from the market to no avail until now. I’m excited with the security I gained with Bmmpr and for what they have in store down the pipeline!
