La versión IOS no acepta caracteres especiales en el campo de contraseña y por lo tanto no puedo ingresar.
Por favor solucionar dado que el acceso desde el sitio móvil ya no es posible a partir de hoy.
Such a frustrating experience
I am trying to get into my account on the app and on the main site on my laptop (most infuriating site ever). The app is telling me that I need to change my clave, but I don’t see where I can do that on my phone.
I am trying to contact customer service on the website and the little arrow button that I need to press after I type in information does not appear to be working (I’ve tried on 3 browsers).
This is making me crazy

Hello, I understand your concern, you can change your password in the "Olvidó su contraseña" option.
UI/UX
The team that develops this app needs to apply a lot more the customer experience view when developing it. It might be well program but it lacks the customers view, it is not easy to handle, it is not intuitive, it requires a lot of try and failure to learn how to handle it... the team needs to update their view and work in a more friendly way...
