App doesn't work...disappointing.
The app was at first bad, then got better, and now it's bad again. Actually, it's awful since it doesn't work at all. I knew something was wrong when the Touch ID login stopped working. Now, I can't log in at all. In 2017, this is unacceptable and makes me want to change banks, especially since once again the bank is merging (it used to be Southcoast Community Bank, now BNC, and is later becoming Pinnacle). I have a business bank account and it causes problems every time they change and reduces my efficiency when I can't use an app to perform basic functions like reviewing the balance and making a mobile deposit.
Not that good
It’s somewhat slow and I don’t always get the option to use Touch ID to log in even though I have it the option turned on in the app settings. The only reason I use is it to see transactions and current balance. I wish there was a feature that would let you know when a transaction was made whether it be a deposit or a withdrawal from the account. Other than that it’s just too basic, slow, and sometimes buggy
Which app is it this time
The people who Pinnacle hires to manage their mobile banking service are just plain incompetent. They’re beyond inept. Hey, guys: all your competitors have their “A” team working their mobile services. You’ve had this problem for over a year now and it’s still an embarrassment. What’s it going to take to finally get it right?
