  • Update not working

    I went to use the app this morning and I got the this version of the app no longer supported and need to update. Tried and it won’t update and won’t let me access my content. I’m freaking out. Everything I need is in this app and I unfortunately don’t have it backed up elsewhere. (Lesson learned).

    Hello. Some iPhone users received a prompt to update the Boards app in the App Store, causing the app to get stuck on the Update screen. Please, close the Boards app from the background and reopen it, or uninstall the app and reinstall it from the App Store.     Boards is truly a productivity game changer. I use it to quickly share content for two of my small businesses. And more recently, I started using it to organize day of information for our worship team. It’s worth every penny. The best investment I’ve made in months!

    One day it’s working and It’s the best thing that happened to our Praise Team. The next day it’s not. We’re a small church with 6 active PT Members. It literally forced me to do a trial… when the trial ended, i was no longer able to go in the boards for my Praise Team. It forced me to do a trial for a subscription and when the trial was over, it told me to choose one. I’m still trying to choose the Praise Team board, with which I originally started. I cannot even open that board. I have downloaded songs and written out lyrics to least, 40 songs that I uploaded and if I delete the app and reload it, I lose all the data. I wanted to upgrade…not so sure now. I have not been able to access the app or reach anyone. I’m not so sure an upgrade or subscription would be worth the hassle of fixing any glitches or getting into files.

  • Terrible updates for IPad users 😡 BAIT and Switch

    I have a paid for account and have had for some time. I've had issues with that but my review is due to the fact that they now have decided to ONLY support iPad users in landscape mode. 😡This is a pain and seriously creates so much of a headache I don't want to use it. I use it for my team and have encouraged 100's plus to use it but no more. Forcing ONE 1️⃣ type of user to use landscape mode is it only unacceptable andDiscriminating BUT time consuming and frustrating. I use my iPad instead of my iPhone as it's easier to see on and make typing corrections on. Now when I'm in one program copying to create a board I then need to switch to landscape mode to create a board. As I'm often going back and forth between apps this means I'm constantly changing my iPad side to side. This takes time for the iPad to change and the constant back and forth is nothing short of annoying. Maybe this is ok for the unpaid version but for those of us paying and have been paying you literally removed a service we bought and paid for. I sure don't see a discount on my account and yet you have created a complete headache for me ‼️So as much as I've loved using this service the bait and switch (yes u sold me a service with portrait option and then updated it away) has me very disillusioned with your company.

  • I love the App but it has its Glitches

    I Love the Boards app I use it for my Social Network Marketing Business and it’s amazing but it can be glitchy and difficult! Most days I use the app it will work really well towards the start of me using it and after a while it starts glitching and I can’t change it from boards to my regular keyboard or my emoji keyboard cuz It will just keep going back to the boards app which makes it difficult to send or edit messages in a quick manner! Also when someone sends me a link to share their boards with me I click the link and it takes me to boards and tells me to sign in and I do that and it than says the shared boards are inside of my app and I go inside my app and they are no where to be found! I thought maybe uninstalling and doing it again would work but that has no effect! I truly love the boards app it is so helpful for my business and I do not want to use anything else so i struggle thru all of the issues! Still a great app if y’all could just fix the bugs I would be so grateful it would help so so much!!♥️

  • 2nd Time Locked Out

    I have the free version. I had two businesses connected and then got locked out with an error message. I took a picture of this and wish I could attach it. The first time one of my coworkers resent the information and in addition, I deleted the app and downloaded it again. This seem to get me back on. But then it happened again. This time I have tried to go to your help center, but there is never a live person and it keeps taking me to issues that are not my issues and the problem is never resolved. I still have two businesses that I need to interact with on Boards and I am unable to get on. With one of my companies that I work with there are other people that have expressed the same frustration. I just now enrolled in a class that I see that you sent via email in hopes that I can interact with someone with, this app that can help me. I see no other way to get help with this. I continue to get an error message and a screen that does not respond at all. I have deleted and rebooted my phone and my iPad many times and hopes of getting back on this app. if anyone with your company can help me that would be great. If not, I have lost means of communication with two businesses that I need to work.
