Reported multiple issues where questions would not advance without refreshing the browser screen on the web version and freezing on the app version. This occurred across Google chrome, Microsoft edge, on my iPad, on my iPhone, and on 3 separate desktop computers. I was asked to send multiple emails with details, which I did, I was asked to send videos of the glitches, which I did. Asked to be credited for the time lost only to have my account deactivated with no communication from the company until I called and they explained I would get a third of what I payed refunded or I could get no refund and continue to send examples. When I asked if they reviewed the videos I sent, I was told “they couldn’t open them” - mind you they were mp4 files from my cell phone. When I asked what type of video format they could open I was told “PDF” and to “just take a video on my cell phone.” Extremely sub par user experience with no resolution to glitchy tech, all while trying to study for boards. Do NOT recommend. Spend your money on Fitsgerald or Barkley. Will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and the better business bureau.
