Best decision ever !
I love body alive ! I just hit my 100th class. Best decision I have made for myself. Unlimited membership is worth every penny. Flexible class schedule & you are able to go to any location. I have enjoyed every instructor and feel modifications are there if you need them but still challenging for those who don’t need them !
Well-Rounded Experience
As a weightlifter with injuries, tightness, and weaknesses, hot yoga has been a great way to improve my flexibility and functional strength. The heat and environment is also therapeutic. Classes are challenging, which I love. All instructors are excellent and have unique styles. I absolutely love Body Alive.

BA is my favorite place to be everyday of the week. It’s so rewarding in every way possible. I recommend it to everyone I know. The instructors are so great at what they do! If you haven’t tried “hot body sculpting” yet you are missing out!:)
