Best decision I made for my health!!

I’ve tried several exercise and diet programs in the past that either just didn’t work for me or would work but if I fell off the wagon, I would not be able to come back. Bodyfx has been the only program that worked, and even if I felt myself falling, through its coaching, it’s meal plan and the amazing transformation club, it would help pick me up. Now I’m at a point where I don’t even let my low days bother me because I know with bodyfx I can always pick back up. I love that there is so much variety to choose from that’s working different parts of my body and they’re equally fun to do. I’m seeing incredible results - visibly more toned, I’m at my lowest I’ve been in 10years to my pre-kids weight and most importantly, my confidence has returned and others are noticing all those changes. I’ve been recommending it to all my patients and friends who want to lose weight because I believe in it. Thank you bodyfx, Jaana, JNL and the rest of the team for helping me accomplish get where I am!! You guys are awesome!

I absolutely love body FX. The exercises are really nice workouts. When you first start the exercises, it can be overwhelming a bit, cause if you are like me you want to know the workouts immediately. But sometimes you just have to start slow and figure out what is going on and then you can do all of the workouts without stopping. Dance cardio is the best. It gets your heart rate up and your weight down. If you have seen Videos on body FX figure8, and you are not sure but you maybe would like to try..then you should definitely try. Because it will change you immediately. You have more energy, you are more flexible and even tho you sweat a lot, it is well worth it! This is your best friend..workout everyday, lose weight, and feel better then great! If you haven’t started yet, what are you waiting for? Do it already, you will not regret it! Dance people💃💃

I’m so excited to have purchased the Figure 8 program! Many other programs have not worked for me because they were too difficult or I just lost interest. Jaana is an excellent instructor and it’s obvious that much thought and planning went into her Figure 8 program to make it not only effective but so much fun! She has such a positive, no nonsense attitude and offers great instruction and support that will help me improve my health through exercise and good nutrition. I am a 56 year old grandmother who used to love aerobic exercises in the 80’s. I was pretty fit back then and really enjoyed the dancing. Thank you Jaana for bringing that joy back into my life! I feel very hopeful that your Figure 8 program will work for me.

Fun Program, but beware of subscriptions

I purchased the Figure 8 program, and got the one month free trial to the app subscription. The program is very fun and helpful, but I cancelled the subscription because we needed to trim unnecessary expenses. When I cancelled it, the subscribed videos became inaccessible and invited me to resubscribe leading me to believe that the cancellation had been successful. I could still get into the app, but the extra videos were locked. Upon reviewing our credit card we realized that they had continued charging me for an entire year. I contacted them, and they refunded only 3 months and said you have to contact them to cancel. Well, however I cancelled it, it worked for everything except the credit card. I could find no record of a subscription with Apple and their own app was telling me to REsubscribe. I feel this is very deceitful and hope others don’t get scammed like I did.
