The Body-Mind Reader measures Heart Rate (HR)) and Heart Rate Variability (HRV). HR is an indicator of Energy. HRV is an indicator of Energy Control. The alignment of energy and control processes are assessed and fed back to you. When the amounts of energy and control are in balance or aligned, mental and physical health are optimal. HR and HRV are controlled usually by unconscious processes. But with biofeedback from the app, one can learn to influence alignment. Mental changes (thoughts and feelings) and bodily changes (HR & HRV) affect each other. This app integrates with Health kit, if given permission, to know your age, sex, and to read HR and HRV. It will store HR, HRV, and workouts in your Health data. The data is private and never leaves the app.
