Body Spartan 4+

New app

I am really liking the app. It was a little different in the beginning and any new program always is as it rolls out for the first time. I love the workouts and i am completely satisfied with the content for the price. This is one of the most used apps on my phone. Honestly when you get used to it it’s super easy and I love how it tracks your weights and reps so there’s no more notebooks and writing for me. Just a water bottle and my phone. I’ve been with body Spartan for at least a year or two and I see no other programs out there doing this as well as they are for the price. A few glitches but they seem to be working on them quickly and even reaching out to the “little guys” like me who are just average joes and not huge body builders. I appreciate there continuing communication on updates and they contact me directly to ask my opinion on how things are and if I have suggestions to make it better. Never had another app do that. Real people who care are running this company and that’s rare now a days.

Give it time

To all those that wrote negative reviews just because it didn’t transfer or load anything right away after this app was released:

Guys, relax. You have access to your accounts on the browsers right? You didn’t lose access to anything. The app is supposed to make it easier to access but it just launched! Give it some time! If you are any true fan or true user of body Spartan then you know for a fact that Gabe Tuft would not rip you off in any way shape or form. Remind yourself why he started body Spartan, re-read the whole concept of it. It’s premature to judge an app that has just released. I have been a body Spartan fan since 2018 in my corrections days. Before the app I would just use the browsers on my phone and still get a good workout! Again, give the app some time, give the team time to transfer accounts over. Enjoy your workouts and enjoy life!

Give it a minute

I know I wrote a negative review previously, but I do have to apologize for how I came off. I do have faith this app will be and running smoothly as it was intended to. So guys please just give it time. Gabe and body Spartan have there for myself and countless others. There programs DO WORK, im living prove of it. I’ve been following this guys since they started and I’ve been a huge fan the whole way and anytime I’ve ever had a question they have always been very responsive. But now they are spending countless hours trying to get this app running smoothly for us. Just keep in mind they released it early for US and just like any other apps starting out, it ALWAYS has its bugs. So trust that the body Spartan team will get this resolved. And with that being said I give it 5 stars because I know once it gets up and running it will be better then we expected!
