◆ A personalized plan:
Adapt makes a workout plan for you. It considers your experience, schedule, goals, muscles that you want to emphasize, and equipment. As if it were your own evidence-based personal trainer that you carry in your pocket. And like if you were training with a fitness coach you can remove, adjust, or add exercises you like!

Our training algorithm uses a combination of progressive overload and auto-regulation, two techniques to keep your workout challenging and optimize your results. It takes into account your previous achievements and calculates the next optimal workout.

◆ A food tracker:
Adapt calculates your calories, protein, carbs, and fat targets based on your goals. It's very easy to track your meals and snacks.
You can search for foods by name or quickly add the macros. Adapt will show you the calories, carbs, protein, and fat content of each item.

◆ Dashboard to keep you on track:
The dashboard view shows your daily health and fitness progress clearly. It displays your workout achievements. It also displays your nutrition intake. It shows how many calories, carbs, protein, and fat you consume compared to your daily goals.

The dashboard displays your weight changes throughout the week, so you can see how you're doing with your weight loss or muscle gain progress. You can see how many calories you burn in a day this is based on your weight changes which is the most accurate way of measuring your energy expenditure.

The dashboard can also track how many steps you take each day and how much water you drink. This information can help you understand how active you are and if you are staying hydrated.

Adapt's design philosophy focuses on simplicity and ease of use. This ensures that you can easily navigate through Adapts features without any unnecessary complexities. Adapt’s to YOU

If you want to put yourself in the best possible physical condition, buy this amazing application.

The fact that it eliminates several other applications caught my eye, but after running through it’s capabilities I knew this was one app that bests the 6 different apps I had been using. Even keeping track of how much water I was drinking.

Easy to navigate, and connectivity with my iPhone’s Health feature, just couldn’t have a more perfect fit for all my routines, while being able to view my workouts in real time.

I deleted the rest of my fitness apps, this one includes fluids, foods, and an exercise regimen that is flexible and gives me a powerful workout. Saving time and confusion; oh and it is priced well under the apps I deleted…

Good app, needs some work

The exercise options are limited, no smith machine exercises for example. I can’t expect them to get every exercise ever but the main problem with this is that you can’t create your own custom exercises. Also once you’ve created a plan you can’t change it at all, if you try it will delete all your progress from previous weeks. If your on a new meso-cycle or want to try new exercises you’re going to lose all your past entries. Also you can modify and delete exercises on the day of, which is nice, but you can’t add exercises, which was a problem because I accidentally deleted an exercise and couldn’t undo or replace it. The food tracker is ok but I couldn’t find a way to create recipes and it got annoying to input each ingredient individually, this would be a very useful feature to integrate.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're happy to let you know that we're currently working on adding the ability to create custom exercises, which will give you much more flexibility in your training.

Regarding the issue with changing the training plan resetting progress from previous weeks—this is definitely not how it should work. Changing or updating your plan should not erase any past progress. Could you please email us at support@adapt-hub.com with the specific steps you took that caused your progression to reset? This will help us identify and resolve the issue faster.

As for the ability to add exercises after they've been deleted, we appreciate your input and will take it into consideration for future updates, along with your suggestion about a recipe feature in the food tracker.
