Bodylove Mamas was created for mamas by a mama with passion, experience and expertise. Born in New York and raised in Sydney, Ali Handley launched the platform shortly after the birth of her second child in 2015 and the programs follow her genuine motherhood journey. The collections are built and informed by her pregnancies, postnatal recoveries and life now as a strong mama.

Prepared my body for an amazing birth!

I truly believe the Body Love Mamas prenatal Pilates program helped my body prepare for the amazing natural childbirth I had been hoping for! I LOVE the instructors, their grace, voice, how they prompt you through workouts. They seem knowledgeable about natural childbirth and how Pilates can prepare you for it. I felt confident during the workouts that the time spent on the mat would benefit my birth experience; and it did! I did these workouts 4-5 days a week for the last 7 weeks of my pregnancy — baby was born after a 12 hour labor and only 2 hours after we arrived at the birth center. (My first pregnancy!) These prenatal workouts truly prepared both my body and mind for an amazing childbirth experience. I’m so grateful!

The best!!

I came across this program because I was in a tremendous amount of pain in my second trimester. I quickly bought a subscription and my pain slowly went away. I realized I was doing the wrong kind of workouts and this program was perfect, so I knew exactly what to do during and after pregnancy. There’s nothing like this and I highly highly recommend it. Also the strong mama videos are also excellent for after your body is feeling back to normal. Thank you Bodylove Mama team!

Favorite workouts

I love this app and platform so much! It’s my favorite for prenatal, postnatal and beyond. Working out with Ali feels like an act of self love (bc I do think some workouts feel like self hate). I love the longer workouts, but the quick burn options to keep me moving on days when I have no time. Thank you Ali and Bodylove mamas!
