How this app works:

1. We have partnered with top fitness trainers to design the best plans. Plans vary from 4-12 weeks and have been designed for various needs (fat loss, muscle building, growing that peach) and levels (beginner -> advanced)

2. You pick the plan that fits your needs and life. No gym equipment? No problem. Want to learn how to weight-lift or do your first pull-up? Welcome. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, we have programs that will fit your #bodygoals.

3. Your plan gets delivered as an in-app weekly checklist.
Every week you have a new checklist of what workouts to do that week, how much you should move, nutrition learnings and motivation. Why spend time thinking about to do when you can spend it DOING?

4. Work out!
Each workout has a clear list of instructions, videos and tips that teach you proper form and timers/checklist so you never have to leave the app to keep track.

5. See results
A good plan doesn’t just make you feel good, it makes you LOOK GOOD.

Subscription Terms:
You can access all plans in the app with a 7-day free trial or purchase them monthly, yearly or lifetime access. After the 7-day free trial, payment of your subscription selection will be charged to your iTunes Account upon your confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period for the same price. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time up until 24-hours before the end of the subscription period in your Account Settings. When you cancel your auto-renewal you will still have access to your content until the end of the payment period.

Awful customer service

While the programs on the app are great, I’m super disappointed in the lack of communication with customer service. I’ve had issues with the timer on the app and the program I was following had a timed workout every week, so basically it says I haven’t completed a full week and have a lot of missing workouts all because of the timer. Customer service didn’t get back to me after 3 months so I finally decided I’m going to stop using the app and to my surprise I’m not even able to cancel my subscription. I’ve followed the steps it has told me and it didn’t work. I’ve left messages for them and emails and after weeks have still not heard back.

I bought this subscription because I wanted to do the EMOMS. The EMOMS themselves were great; but the app is atrocious. I have been trying for over 6 months to cancel my subscription and I can’t find information on it anywhere. It’s really sketchy to make it so incredibly hard to cancel. I can’t find information on the app, the website, or google. I finally just sent them and “inquiry” on the website explaining and asking them to cancel my membership ASAP. I thought that solved it but I’ve just been charged again. I’m at a loss. I sent a second inquiry but I suppose my next line of action is to call my bank and block them. Moral of the story - if you sign up, just know that they are trying to lock you in for life, apparently.

Customer Service Who?

I’ve emailed customer service and the girl who sent me my access email (4 days after I signed up when it said 24 hours) 3 times and still haven’t heard back from anyone. I got charged immediately before even being given a free trial and there isn’t any nutritional info on the app, which is mostly why I signed up because it says on the website that feature is available. I signed up because Taylor Dilk has programs on there and I love her on IG. But this totally disappointed me. Can’t wait to see how long it will take to cancel my subscription. Not to mention, you can’t even log in on their website to access the nutrition part that isn’t available on the app.
