It is not possible to cancel your current membership before the end of the subscription period.

With this update the Full Control Bodyweight App becomes a Multisports App. We've added new sports like barbell, sprints, suspension, pullup and more! You get access to more than 200 workouts in more than 5 sports.

Best app I have tried

This app is super simple to use, and gives you a great work out. There are so many work outs you can choose from and if you can’t decide, the training plan feature is excellent. It changes things up every week and makes you push yourself. It’s also few so that’s a plus. I love being able to watch people perform the exercise and follow along because there are all sorts of variations to he exercises it gives you and it’s helpful to see how it’s done. And the fact that the app will time everything for you is incredibly helpful. Other apps I’ve used require you to use a timer so I end up having 3 apps open, one to see where I’m at with the work out, a timer to keep track of time, and a counter to keep track of rounds, and then my music as well. This app will do all of my that. And you can keep your music going in the background. Also the workouts on the training plan are at my level. I often find that work out plans or apps will give me work outs that are either to easy or way to hard. I set my plan at advanced and found it to be both challenging and satisfying because while it was difficult I could still do it. I’ve already recommended this to a few friends and helped them set it up

Top notch workout app

I just turned 50 years old, and I’m an avid soccer player. I’ve tried other workout apps and even video routines (I won’t mention the names, but you know the ones). With this app, there is no excuse to not work out. There is no need for equipment or even a large area. Since I’ve started this workout routine, I am fitter than most 50 year olds and even some 40 year olds on the field...and I don’t get injured as much as I used to. I highly recommended this app!

The only fitness app for me

I've tried alot of fitness apps for home workouts because I honestly hate going to the gym. Most apps promise alot but then require a monthly or yearly subscription once you do a single workout. This app delivers my own personal workout plan for free; it's challenging, tough, and everything I could hope for. It's also very motivational.
