Boi Mobile App not good as it doesn’t allow Registration -Login for more than one Cust id

Boi Mobile App not good as it doesn’t allow Registration -Login for more than one Cust id if the person have more than one Cust IDs for their family members accounts and if one same Mobile number is registered with bank for all such separate Cust IDs.

Terrible onboarding experience

I am an nri customer and unable to sign up. Contacted customer support and got a response that someone will look into it. Its more than a week and three follow ups. Better delete and move on to some other bank!!

App doesn’t work

I have tried several time, disable WiFi, use same phone number to register, texted, kept giving an error about i am not using same phone number!?!!! From usa
