Deposit feature not working
Yea the deposit feature isn’t working just a white screen
I’m closing my account because of this app
I needed a savings account where I can conveniently check on my balance. It took three months for support to even figure out why I couldn’t sign in. Now that I can sign in, the app crashes and gives errors. I try and sign in online and that crashes as well. I’m going with a larger bank like TD or Lakeland.

Refresh, Updates, and Support
I've been using the boiling springs savings Bank app for a while now, and can say that the support is not present here. The app is not optimized for iPhone X, and I can't even imagine what it would like on iPhone Xs Max. It needs this support in an update for me and a lot of other people to be able to properly utilize this application.
This app also needs a refresh in order to be faster and look more presentable. I rated this app 2 stars, however If these suggestions are put into change It would be a more than definet 5
