I felt like garbage the last months, staying closed inside my room. After a friend recommended me this app, I found the will to challenge myself and better myself everyday.And I feel better than ever.That doesn’t mean my anxiety is gone, that always stays with you.But I finally feel comfortable with going out.It was probably one of the toughest things I did in my life, recommend trying, but exposure therapy is not for everyone.

Disappointing experience. The app asks for a rating before you even get access which requires a subscription. I initially gave it the benefit of the doubt with five stars but took it back once I realized there’s no way to test out the features without committing to a subscription. They also have a fake sale with a timer to pressure ppl into buying it quickly. It states it’s the last time you’ll have access to it. But it restarts every time you open the app. Seems very scammy
