Intro

Took me a bit to figure out the live vs recoded classes. I like the option of watching a re order class before I commit to it. This allows me to know if it’s the right level of exercise for me.
I like that there is a lot of level abilities.
Still pushing the App and learning more each week.
Great to be able to do these classes in the comfort of your own home and schedule.

Volume

As a 75 year old with some orthopedic issues I’m enjoying this seated exercise program. I would enjoy it even more if you would
1) Provide better music. What’s played is awful.
2) Lower the volume on the music. It’s difficult for older folks ( likely you biggest demographic) to hear the instructors.
