You don’t have time to babysit your laptop. The BoldTrail app gives you a personalize dialer with calls served up automatically to you every day based on the leads and contacts most important for you to call today. You can also use it to reach out to groups of leads from your hashtags or any other set of people. Hit go, and talk on bluetooth while you run around town. Lots of bugs
Although I am very happy with the marketing team and the concierges, the CRM itself isn’t the best and the mobile app constantly has bugs. Every day it seems like I discover a new issue. (Nothing huge, but just a bunch of inconveniences like not being able to add notes to a client profile on the mobile app, or the app recording calls multiple times if I don’t back out of the profile after a phone call which skews my data analytics)
