As someone from Nepal, I’ve always felt the pressure to improve my English in order to communicate better, especially since the internet has made the world feel so much smaller. English fluency seems to be the key to expressing ideas and connecting with people globally. Unfortunately, I’ve had first-hand experiences where I missed out on opportunities just because I couldn’t express myself clearly or use the right words. For years, I tried various methods to improve my English, but it was always a struggle. Then I came across Boldvoice, and I can confidently say this app is a game-changer. What really sets it apart is its user-friendly interface, which doesn’t just teach you vocabulary or grammar – it actually helps you with pronunciation and usage, giving you clear examples of how to use words in the right context. Incredible tool that I wish I had discovered earlier

This app is nothing but amazing! As a native Spanish speaker who started learning English in elementary school but has been living in the U.S. for close to 20 years, my weak area has never been grammar or spelling, but pronunciation. ESL classes were not the right fit. I’ve always had an interest in taking speech therapy; however, did not find the time or resources to do so in a convenient way. This app changed that. Not only is it intuitive, accurate, and responsive, but also it is very convenient to use. I can take my lessons whenever works best for me and continue practicing for however long I want. And to be honest, I am more comfortable working on my speech issues with an AI. More importantly, the method in which the lessons are taught is perfect. Areas for improvement are identified from the get-go and an individualized plan is generated. The app showed me weak areas that were known to me and also others which I didn’t know, and allowed me to start working on them immediately. Feedback is clear and concise. I saw improvement after the first lesson and have consistently made progress since.

I was hesitating and then…

First I had to spend money in so many failed courses until I gave this app a try. I hope this app was available 24 years ago when I arrived in the U.S. So many lost opportunities because my English didn’t improve for two decades. I’m learning to use parts of my tongue that I didn’t know I could move. I feel tongue pain for all the times a repeat sounds that I didn’t know I could make with my mouth. And now I understand why gringos couldn’t understand 100% of what I said. If my tongue couldn’t produce almost 40 different sounds Americans use that are not in my maternal language, how is anyone going to understand me. The greatest features are the compare and record. I record myself sometimes 30 times until I finally understand what part of the word I have been pronouncing wrong. My tongue needs to hurt until it can get used to produce the new sound. Recorded video explanations show where to place each section of your tongue. And only a machine can help with that tedious process. No human being have that level of patience. Loved the free trial so much that I directly suscribed later to the most advanced version.
