Mostly great, however...

Ever since you combined several servers together, my nickname has the prefix "47_"

So, originally my nickname was "SnowMan," but now it is "47_SnowMan"

Let's take a look:
1) Game developers did not do anything about it.
2) I do not want to have my previous server in my nickname. It looks ugly! In order to change my nickname, I have to get some coins.

3) In order to get coins, I need to put some money in the game.

4) Okay, it is already unfair, but I've done it. The first time I donated I decided to spend those coins on something more important. Now I donated again, and the servers have been combined over and over since then. Guess what? I go to the shop with my 3 thousand coins...

5) The name changer is gone!!! They only left the renaming thing for the pets!!! Isn't that awful!? What did you think about?

6) It's not a big problem, no! But it becomes a big problem when game developers don't do anything about that!!! So many players have the same issue, and they are forced to put some money in the game so that they could buy those coins and get a renaming item.

7) Furthermore, nobody wants to respond on Facebook. I've written multiple messages regarding this issue. C'mon, such a nice game, and it really isn't funny at all.

Problem

Its hard to open the app it keeps loading and loading its only 91% of completing the file and when i turn off the wifi and open the data its fast but when i click to start it always say check your connection and when i turn on the wifi and click the start again it keeps stop and the music when i go to home the music of the game still playing

Where is my rank 1 event reward?

First problem: When the newest server 92 opened. There was an event recharge ranking. I was rank 1 and get no reward, no 3 stars crock weapon, no suit, nothing after due day of the event. I talk to the admin on facebook about the problems. They already seen my text and not even give me a single reply.

Second problem: I also play the server 90. Of course the event similar to recharging event. But this time was the strongest player will claim a dragon shards. I was rank 1. My rank went to 0 instead of 1 out of sudden and I didn’t claim a single reward. I also report same problem to admins. They told me to wait for 1 week for them to have vacation. After a week passed and they still haven’t reply to me.

I am trying to be super patient and you are disrespect me and not reply my text. And also taking too long to fix the game problem.
