Please read their contract before signing! If you can afford to throw away $1300 for a subpar app go ahead and join. You can easily get a free app with weight training exercises in the app and better support for free. If you join and later on find out it’s not for you? You are stuck in a 13 month agreement non negotiable. Save your time and money and invest it in a real personal training app for the same price or go the free way. I found absolutely no value in this program and could have used my hard earned money towards a better training app that included training demos.
