Bond Vet 12+

It’s hard to read the notes from Vet visits because the HTML populates into the body of care instructions and Vet notes/summary.

Additionally, you cannot see the exam or lab results directly in the app. It would be nice if the app was truly a one stop shop for all of your pet’s information/records.

As it is currently configured, you end up having many different invoices, estimates, communications either in email, text, or in the app which is confusing.

I can not sing Bond Vet Clinic's praise enough! Having an ill pet can be so incredibly nerve wrecking, the stress of wanting you fur-baby to feel like their old selves again, and the fear of leaving with a huge vet bill can be a lot to deal with at once! The quality of care I received when I took my sick 11 week old poodle puppy to BVC is the absolute BEST medical treatment I've received in quite a long time, period. The entire staff was warm, friendly, welcoming, attentive and honest. Some vet offices can feel like they're price gouging you, but the doctors at BVC offered me treatment options that ranged from the minimal to the "worst case scenario" max. They also explained each and every step in the treatment process to us. The facility is modern, and immaculately clean! The treatment rooms have soothing music and it felt like we were in a luxurious spa, not a vet! Upon first glance you'd think this clinic HAS to be crazy expensive, its just to gorgeous to not be, but the prices for their services are incredibly reasonable! I have FINALLY found my "vet home." We will be coming to BVC for all our loving pets from now on!

Can’t download medical records/documents to my phone or have them emailed— always get an error message notification instead. What is the point of having to download the app if it’s not used for booking appointments or seeing medical info? Some of this info is then required for requesting travel certificates (requires unnecessary calling to office to get info that should be in the app)
