Needs an iPadOS Version

Decent app but seriously needs an iPadOS version for the pros out there. It’s 2021, time to get with the times.

Free but cumbersome

This app doesn’t work on the iPad but 20% of the time. There user interface is terrible. Clunky cumbersome and time consuming. Lead information is not centrally located and the information is not organized in an effective manner to handle calls. It doesn’t synch with Google calendars and the app rarely notifies when tasks come due. Lead status management is not very intuitive and pipeline management system does not have an archive ability. Once a deal closes you can only hide or delete it. So much more can be done to improve this software. There are other free CRMs better than this

Not Good

This app is absolute garbage. Inconsistent with my list of leads (sometimes shows none, sometimes gives the first half of my contact list, sometimes it shows me my leads). Freezes/reboots when I try to open a communication from a lead. Freezes and I have to reboot after trying to respond to an email within the app. Not worth it and honestly makes working harder as I have to transport leads to a different system. Deleting and re-downloading multiple times has not helped. Do yourself a favor and get a different CRM.
