No complaints, but a few suggestions

This app has worked brilliantly for my tattoo shop, clients immediately jumped at the chance to book their own appointment a at their convenience. I love that it takes deposits for me at the time of booking. However, a few small suggestions. When prompted to the site from our “book now” button on social media, it would be convenient to be prompted to choose an artist, before being prompted for a date. Also, instead of the current day’s calendar, it seems it would make more sense to have the full month displayed with a prompt to choose a day. Maybe an option for each business to customize this part of the scheduling process? I’ve had a few clients get confused by the initial encounter with the app. Other than that, I’d say absolutely spot on!

Would love my calendar view….

To show at least my whole day, but preferably the whole week. Hard to see where I have things to move around with such a tight view.
I’ve been with Vagaro since the beginning and have also used several others looking for my dream app. I’m booked and really only take referrals if anyone at all, so I do not need any social media. It actually gets in the way. I like a site that clients have their login, can make and move their appts and then get reminders. A bonus for me would be all conversations stay inside the app.
Your app is clean, pretty easy, connects all of my calendars and blocks out my time, just missing a few things before I can commit to a changeover. But keep it up you’re on to something great! I’ve honestly tried over a dozen sites and this one is got most of the positives all together. One thing is that it took me a lot of searching to come across you. A LOT! You also don’t come up in the App Store auto fill list unless I type you in exactly

Awesome booking app!

Seriously! This app has saved me sooooo much time! Like I’m not sure what I would have done without it. I left a tattoo studio that had two counter people who did everything for booking etc for me. I knew I had no time to spend 20+emails with clients discussing dates for appointments. This saves so much time. I don’t need a counter person since it’s a new small studio and honestly my clients LOVE that they can book on their own terms. This app is super personalized and you can change any setting you need to the way you want it. It sends out emails and text notifications for any upcoming appointments or changes, and allows you have required deposits set for any amount you want. Seriously a time saver. Did I mention it saves a LOT of time??

Every Issue I have They have an Answer

Every time I think I have an issues with this app they always have an answer and a way to make it work. Every thing I need for my scheduling is in this app and I suggest it to every one of my coworkers or others I meet that have a similar job. I’m a full time tattoo artist and this app makes it so my clients can book themselves easily and without hassle. They can book themselves more than 24 hours in advance, they can’t book over other appointments, and they get a text notification for the appointment! Al my clients love the system and are really held accountable for their appointments and have no excuses when they don’t show up!

Great but....

The app is dependable. I use it every day. My subs use it. The clients seem to be able to work it with no problem. However, for several months now the app freezes up when I try to access my clients. This is an issue I’ve ask to be fixed. It seems to be a bandaid fix because it keeps doing it. I can’t add new clients or edit client info if I can’t have access to my client list. And to top that off it causes the entire app to freeze. When the app is working properly it is a very good app. I believe it’s too expensive, when you take in consideration that you will only get 2 calendars and will be charged out the whazoo for any other calendars needed

What we needed and more! Great Software!

We are a municipal department and have needed a way to better serve our “internal” customers for a while. This software/app has been fantastic for managing appointments in our warehouse AND making appointments for deliveries! We have been able to increase our availability and overall services using Bookedin. In fact, there is discussion to incorporate this into different divisions of our department because of its flexibility.
Also, we have needed additional assistance from support for documentation, which have been FANTASTIC! We tailored this program for our needs with minimal effort and I believe you will be very satisfied using it as well!

BookedIn Is The Best!!

I have been using BookedIn for my spa, The V Spot, for the past 2 years. It’s simple design, both on the backend for staff and the front end for clients, makes it easy to use. It is efficient and paired quickly with our PayPal account for immediate access to our funds. All notifications for appointments, cancellations, etc. immediately ome to our phones via the BookedIn app. With it, we can quickly book clients on the go, at vending events, and more. This all translates to the desktop view as well, so no one is left out of the loop. I recommend it to friends and find the support team quickly answers any questions I have ever had.

Checked every box!

I have gone through about four different scheduling applications, all of which either did not fit my needs or had so many bugs it was not worth it.

Then I downloaded this one and tried it. Within one hour, I signed up for the full membership. It solved every scheduling issue that I had. It is so simple to use, my clients think they aren’t doing something right.

I highly recommend this program! The free 14 day trial makes it risk-free, but it only took me one hour to figure out that this is what I needed.

Convenient but does glitch sometimes

I use this app to schedule tattoo appointments. Overall it is really great and a convenient way for me to manage my schedule, take deposits, and send out details and confirmations to clients. Once in a while I do have some issues when clients try and schedule they are unable to pay or get error messages when finalizing their appointment. When this happens I am able to enter their information in manually (so they are on my schedule and still receive reminders) but i then need to collect the deposit separately through PayPal or Venmo…and It adds the extra step of me entering in their info.

Life saver

This app has helped me run my HVAC company with ease in regards to booking my technicians. I can see all appointments for the week, daily, monthly. It has been a tremendous help being able to book appointments on the go with their convenient app or from desktop. The only thing I wish would be changed is when you have to change anything within the appointment that it should give you an option to notify the client if needed. Some changes are minor and the client doesn’t need to be notified with every change. Also wish it had a calendar that you could directly print from the app and not have to go to your “gmail” calendar. I love my booked in app!!
