User friendly!
I do enjoy using the provider app. Business would be much easier with an admin app to help change bookings on the go or include add-one while inside a clients home.
Great
So far I like it. I don’t know if there is an app for admin but if not I would love that when I’m on the go and not near my computer I will need quick access to see what’s going on in my business until I hire someone to run things for me without me being 100% in the business.
Almost no customer support
I have been trying to solve a problem with declined notifications not being sent to the customer.
It has taken 5 days of back and forths with customer service, and we are no closer to solving the problem.
Imagine trying to troubleshoot an issue but every response from them takes 12-24 hours. It becomes effectively impossible unless it’s a very simple issue.
BK has no form of customer support other than emails, and their reps don’t carefully read your responses, causing you to repeat yourself and start the clock over, waiting another 12-24 hours for them to get back to you.
I wish someone higher up at Booking Koala would reach out to me so we can finally solve this simple issue.
