Every bookshelf needs a little organization. Bookshelf Scanner allows you to quickly scan a book's barcode to add it to your virtual card catalog. You can add notes, scan custom barcodes to track that copy of the book, and take a photo of the book cover so it matches your exact version.
Add borrowers to your library and now you can check books out to them - never lose track of a book again.
Bookshelf Scanner works on iPhone and iPad, and with iCloud syncing, you can keep track of your library from whatever device you have handy. You can also export your library to a CSV file for any spreadsheet manipulation you'd like to do.
Your information is stored in your iCloud account, so you are in control of it at all times.
Bookshelf Scanner is ad-free and no information is sent to the maker of the app.

Bookshelf Scanner offers Codabar barcode support for scanning traditional library barcodes on individual copies of your books. Scan the ISBN to look up a book's details, then scan the unique barcode, and you'll be able to quickly lend out books with the assurance of tracking who borrowed it.

Good, but has some issues
It’s fine when it actually scans your books the way it’s supposed to. But I’ve been having issues with the app not scanning the barcodes on my books correctly. Sometimes when I scan the barcode, it will come up as a completely different book. But then when I manually type in the ISBN, the correct book will come up. Another issue is that the app will not recognize ISBNs with letters in them at all. Some of my books have Xs at the end of the number, and the app does not recognize the book. And there’s no option to manually type those in because the keypad that you have to use doesn’t give you the option of using letters, only numbers. So then you basically have to create the book from scratch and put in all the information yourself. Half of my books have had to be input manually one way or another. The purpose of the app is to make it easier to digitally scan and keep track of your books, but this is not easier when I have to do so much of it manually.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the app crashing. I checked the crash reporting from Apple to us (users have to choose to share these crashes with us) and I do not have any reports of crashing in the current version of Bookshelf Scanner. Please email help@ifthendev.com and I'll be happy to work through this issue with you.
Only allows 10 books on Free version
If you have more than 10 books, this app is not for you. Definitely NOT for use in the classroom unless you want to upgrade to the 4.99 version.
