Description

BookYou is a platform for “trading spare time between individuals,” providing the sensation of exchanging spare time similar to trading goods on a flea market app. Anyone can register on the platform. Users can send “1-on-1 requests” with escrow payments (provisional payments) to others they find through tailored searches.
Upon discovering a user matching their needs, requesters (Bookers) can send a request by detailing the requirements. Users engage in provisional payments on agreed conditions and details through a message thread. Once approved by the other party, the “Booking” is confirmed. The Cast (provider) is guaranteed to receive compensation as long as there is no delay in the start time. Conversely, if there is a delay after the start time, the Booker can cancel at any time, and the provisional payment will be fully refunded. Users have the flexibility to set cancellation fees and other parameters.
BookYou is currently innovating in the area of “C2C Review” After the completion of a Booking (payment concluded), Booker has the option to publicly and privately evaluate the message thread used in the transaction on the profiles of both the Booker and the Cast.
