Great app, very nice clinic, and excellent doctors.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with [Doctor’s Ariel Lopez] and their office at 5040 Nw 7st Miami , Fl 33126. After my initial appointment was canceled, I was rescheduled for another day. When I arrived for the new appointment, I ended up waiting for over two hours to see the doctor.The wait time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite having a scheduled appointment, it felt like my time was not valued at all. There was no communication or update from the staff about the delay, which made the situation even worse.I understand that emergencies and delays can happen, but this level of wait time is unacceptable. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve their scheduling and communication practices. As a patient, I expect timely and efficient care, and this experience fell far short of that.This review is direct and focuses on the main issue of the long wait time, while also suggesting areas for improvement.
