Fake promotions to get customers
I referred a family to used the app after reading the terms and conditions on a promotion. They were giving 20 dollars gift card as a reward for a referral and to make sure everything was done ok, I personally sent the referral and download the app on my relative’s phone and after she sent money twice with the app I was suppose to get the reward but as nothing happened I contacted the customer service.
They said that she didn’t use the link I sent her to download the app and that was why it was not valid which is totally fake cause I sent the link having her phone on my hands and then personally downloaded the app. I even had to go twice more to her house to help her up sending the money. I contacted my relative and told her that as soon as I can I’ll go and change the app for a better one I fount, same as a couple of friends of her which I’m suppose to help too. I don’t think I’ll used this again...

Poor customer services worst first time experience
I downloaded the app last night hoping it will be the best and fast way to send money internationally only to be disappointed.
I made my first transaction last night with a fee even though they said it was free up to $300 and it’s been 14 hours already no money has been received. I called customer service money transfer and the lady wasn’t nice so I ended the call. 3 hours later I had a voicemail from the verification office to give them a call and has been calling them and leaving voicemails. till now I haven’t been called. I use this service for international calls and it’s good but the money transfer system is bad. please fix it. I hope the money is sent or I get a call because this money is for a very important reason and I thought this service will be good. I’m really really disappointed. 14 hours and the transaction isn’t still successful.

I have to go through the same process to validate my transaction almost every time. A 30minutes wait time to reach a representative then they transfer you to somebody else who puts you on hold for a very long time and rarely comes back. Next thing you know, you find yourself right back to the prompts. It is FRUSTRATING !!! The whole process is simply ridiculous. I would rather pay Moneygram extra than going through this again.
I have been having this issue multiple times and for quite some times now. I spoke with different persons but the ONLY One representative who was courteous enough to let you know what is truly going on is Diana. She takes the time to explain and go back and forth to the Verification department to actually help your issue getting resolve. She is the reason why I am writing today. DIANA deserves a 5 Stars but BossRev in general.... NO. She delivered great customer service.
