• Fill out a medical history and other forms in the registration packet.
• Communicate directly with our staff through texts.
• Share photos with your physician if you are concerned about your recovery.
• Submit a photo of your insurance card.
• Pay bills.

Can’t use after update

Basically I can’t delete it and it my let me log in. Annoying as hell
