Accessible via mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop, the Private Portal is contemporary and easy to navigate – you can engage with your financial information and make contact directly through secure messaging.

The app draws data directly from our practice management system and is always up to date. It is the perfect complement to our three key aims of meeting customer needs, quality service and technical excellence.

We can use the service to perform fast client onboarding and updating with self-service fact finds, risk profiling and periodic suitability reviews.

The best features are the ability to exchange messages securely and pass private papers without passwords.

The Portal gives you access to your portfolio on our system, which is fed by live data feeds from investment product providers, pricing feeds and other third-party data sources.

You can view historic valuations, configure performance progression charts, see the underlying asset allocations and geographic spread, full details of all the products you hold and the underlying securities and funds.

If we maintain total personal wealth information that includes assets not under management, we will give you access to the whole balance sheet view that includes all assets you have told us about.
