This app does not work

I called the number got connected with somebody in Nicaragua that was young and new and it took forever as she had to go. Ask somebody else answers to my questions and then I just got told they would send me a video and re-download the app which I did and it’s not working. This is my second unit I had to return the first one because of a fan failure error. I ordered another one upgraded to a bigger unit and it seems to be working for now. Come on BOURGERV!
get your act together and provide the public with products that do what they are advertised to do.

Why doesn’t the app work?

The right app is called car fridge freezer

I’ve faced the same thing you have with the Bougerv app not connecting to the freezer. I then installed a app called “car fridge freezer” and it works! Download that app instead. Once it finds your divice , click on the device on the app and press the settings button on the freezer once. Thank me later!

Forget the app

I’m sitting next to the fridge and the app doesn’t find it at all. Pressing the Bluetooth button - refreshing. - nothing works. Perhaps when they “fixed” the last Bluetooth bug they introduced the inability for the app the find the fridge. Bummer
