The new Bowflex™ HVT app has everything you need to get started. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, you’ll find the motivation you need: Sprint, Builder and Circuit workouts as well as the ability to create your own! Track your Total Power score to push your limits, receive rewards for achieving your goals and track your progress as you burn calories and build muscle with 50 trainer led videos!

The Bowflex HVT app also supports Apple’s Health app. The Health app lets you keep your fitness and health information in one easy to read dashboard. Now you can sync your HVT workouts with Health and see your calories burned, workout data, and heart rate data in the Health dashboard.

Add features

It’s an app so why not make it a social app so users share custom workouts, compare points, and communicate! Ask your users to help you design app and then just invest small amount from all the tv commercials and advertising that cost way too much. You can allow users to easily share their experience through other social media and you will then get free advertising! I’m already tired of the same workouts each time and not sure about creating custom workout. I want a different workout each time! How about random options in creating custom workouts so it’s quick and easy? Also use my heartbeat from my Apple Watch for more analysis!

Love the machine, but could be better

The resistance doesn’t change with the exercise in custom workouts. If the last resistance in custom 1 one was 16 and in custom 2 it’s a different exercise that needs to be 6, you have to run through a whole set and change it. It’s time consuming and ruins any metrics tracking. CAN YOU MAKE THE RESISTANCE MATCH THE EXERCISE INSTEAD OF JUST A SET PATTERN ?

Need an update

Hey Bowflex,

When are you all gonna push an update with updated workouts. Obviously you can do more with the machine why not add more workouts so we can add them when we create our own workout. Last update version is over a year old. Dont just take our money and not keep us the users hungry for more. Also with the added exercises you need to give us the user the ability to add whatever workout we want to any block we choose to. For instance of i wanted to do chest press followed by flys and chest press again i should have the ability to customize my work out to my liking based off of what body parts “I” want to work out!!
