Bowflex TreadClimber also supports Apple’s Health App. The Health app lets you keep all your fitness and health information in one easy to read dashboard. Now you can seamlessly sync all your TreadClimber workouts with Health and see your calories burned and workout data in the Health dashboard.

Worked great for a while...now not so much
This app worked great and synced with my TC200 for six months. Now, it has suddenly stopped. I deleted and reloaded the app, as instructed, and it worked once, then returned to refusing to sync. When will there be an update to fix this?

Hello - Sorry the app is not syncing! Please email our app support team through the app and let them know. They will be able to see some system data that will help them in identifying why it isn't connecting so that they can instruct you how to fix it or do an update so that it will work again. - Joanne, Bowflex Team
I wish my TC 200 software was updated
First I would like to Say I’m very disappointed with the software of this machine. Nautilus/Bowflex has changed out my console / computer unfortunately that didn’t correct the problem. The Problem lies with the software it’s time / time zone is incorrect and Bowflex is in no hurry to update the software quite Frankly I feel they don’t really care that the machine they sold me doesn’t work as stated on they lovely web site not happy. Look @ reviews and the last update was 2 plus years. Ridiculous for a machine with so much potential. I have invested so much in Bowflex equipment meaning the Max trainer M5 U, Tc200 , SelectTech weights ,bench ,Schwinn Spin bike . And I use this equipment very often Please reconsider your options before making a financial commitment to this product. I won’t bore you with all the details I summarized what I have been dealing with. The bottom line is once all my equipment from Bowflex becomes unusable / dies I will not replace it with more Bowflex. There are way too many options in fitness equipment. to accept sub quality.

Hello Forever trying, thank you very much for being a customer and for your feedback. We do apologize for any confusion, but when you work out the dates and times of your workouts are set by your TC200 console. When workouts are synced to the TreadClimber app the times may change, but if so, this would be caused by time zone settings on your iPhone or iPad itself. The TreadClimber app itself does not set the date and time of your workouts.

For issues with the machine, call us at 800-605-3369, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM Pacific.
For issues with the app, launch the app, navigate to the Settings, and then use the "Send us an email" option. That will go directly to our App Team and they respond to customers within 1-2 business days.
The app itself is otherwise functioning normally and properly as the TC200 exercise journal/log. It is syncing to TC200s and recording/storing exercise results and workout data. While some customers initially experience syncing difficulties, this has been tied to confusion about how to get started with the app and not the app itself so no updates have been necessary for some time.

Sync Works Fine if You Know the Trick
After reading numerous reviews regarding issues with app syncing and experiencing it firsthand, I eventually figured out a way to make it sync immediately after completing a workout (presuming that the initial setup was handled correctly). Unfortunately, syncing does not happen automatically when you complete your respective workout goal (e.g., time, distance, etc...). In order to finalize the workout, you have to hit the red "Stop/Pause" button to officially complete the workout. The workout eventually finalizes itself after about 5 minutes (screen will revert to your user profile start screen); however, if you don't want to wait, you're just a button click away from syncing with the app. Hope this helps!
