Notices on startup
Every time I start the app, I get a bunch of notifications about messages I need to review. Even if I review the messages, I always get the notifications each time the app starts. It would be nice to fix this.
Every login I get a denial notification that I have looked at dozens of times. It won’t disappear. Just so happens the request was a denial that the identical type of visit had been honored many times before, which brings me to the terrible inconsistency of this company. From time to get reimbursed, to what required more documentation to the general knowledge of the people staffed to answer phones... horrible. I have had to watch submissions so close over the years, I feel like I should be on their payroll.
My only issue is the same as another person reported: the same notification from April 2019 comes up every time I log into the app.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
