Does its job well.

It’s a simple thing, a tap tempo bpm counter. And there are a handful on the App Store. But of all the ones I’ve tried; this one is solidly in the best. Simple, clean design, easy to read in the dark of a dj booth. Responsive and thoughtful developer.

Do not pay for this if you are looking for a BPM detector

If you are looking for an automatic BPM counter this is NOT it. I paid $4.99 for an app that I have to tap my finger to get the BPM???? I feel stupid for doing so and fell for it only because they have lots of reviews. They won’t refund me because they are right it says “tap”. Good for the developers of this app getting away with charging $5 for an app you have to manually tap, 5 stars for that, they got my money…lol. I went and purchased Beat Mirror for the same amount of money and it works perfectly as expected.

Hello and thanks for this review. Yes - EDM BPM is a BPM Tap counter. We illustrate that clearly in the App’s description. Regarding our refusal of refunding - this is untrue. If you made a purchase of EDM BPM full version and you’d like a refund - just visit Reportaproblem.apple.com and select ‘Request a refund’ in the first dropdown. Us developers can not issue refunds on in-app purchases (we do not have that ability), but Apple most certainly can. Hope this helps. And thanks again!!!

Works great

I use it in my gym class. It’s good to know the bpm of our workout music. Is there a way to port this to my Apple Watch? That would be very beneficial for my use.
