FROZEN OUT FROM PLAYING

For the past 4-6 days when I open up Brainwell all appears to be copacetic. The problem begins as soon as I try to enter the first “training segment”. When the game opens up I get see a blank canvas w/ 1-4 white dots appearing middle to bottom of the screen. I have tried turning my Ipad off but this did not elevate the problem. I have greatly enjoyed Brainwell for several years but fear I will not renew on September 9th if this glitch cannot be fixed.
In the past I have always rated this brain training series w/ 5 stars. I hope I will again before my renewal draws nigh.

It helps me!

Do not get frustrated with this game bc you can always reset & start again. This is very stimulating to the brain. I used it a few yrs. ago & was much better at it. Forgot about it for a few & just started up again a couple of days ago. I’m of the same sentiment has the 65yr. old person, only I’m now going on 70yrs. this yr. 2021.
I’d rather be a little frustrated playing this app again, then the more irritating frustration of not being able to recall quite a lot of things!

Just what an aging brain needs

I noticed my memory and organizational skills were slipping. I play several different brain training games and have found it’s helpful for me to switch up and play different games While all the games train on three or four major cognitive skills, the approach is a little different which adds additional challenge. Just the fact of playing a different game adds even more challenge and therefore the potential for added benefits. The game is worth the cost and the training time is easy to fit in my day. It would be helpful to add new games every two months or so..
