I’ve been trying to follow a more healthful lifestyle for some time now, but it’s been difficult finding a plan that’s research-based/effective and easy enough to stick to. Using the information in this app had helped me to be drastically improve certain area of my health so far, such as my BMI through weight loss and the quality of sleep, hopefully in the future I’m able to see noticeable improvements in my brain health as well.

I love the doctors and absolutely cannot get enough of anything they have to say. I purchased their book. This app has an issue to though. Often in the Need to Know section there will be a blurb which starts out as an answer to a question but the question is not visible. Example - it will start out by saying ‘that’s a great question’ or ‘nothing could be further from the truth’ but it is out of context since there is no way to view the actual question or comment that prompted the reply. It’s easy enough to figure out what the question/comment might have been but it would be nice to be able to view it regardless.

The Doctors Sherzai are tireless advocates for promoting brain health for the masses. Their practical and yet effective approach to better brain health is easy to understand and follow. Their NEURO acronym guides you through the steps to improving your brain health in a stepwise fashion. As Dean so famously always says “if you take care of the brain you take care of the rest of the body.” Highly recommend that everyone use their protocol to help change the trajectory of Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of cognitive decline as we age.
