IMPORT FROM ANYWHERE
Paste a link from any recipe site and Braisery strips the food-blog intro down to the actual recipe. The parser runs on your device when your phone or Mac supports Apple Intelligence — no cloud round-trip, no API key, no waiting on someone else's servers.
COOK MODE
Big text. Tap-to-start timers parsed from the step body. Screen stays awake while you cook. Wet-hands VoiceOver throughout. Designed for the moment between the cutting board and the stove, not for scrolling.
SHOPPING LIST
Consolidate ingredients across every recipe you're cooking this week. The list groups by aisle, dedupes "3 lemons + 2 lemons → 5 lemons", and checks off as you go. Print to take it on the go.

Off by default. When you turn it on, recipes sync between your own devices through your own iCloud account — Apple to Apple, never
through a Braisery backend. Privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" and stays true.
ANNUAL MAJOR UPGRADES, NEVER FORCED
Braisery 2 and 3 will be new App Store SKUs. You always get to keep the version you bought. Point releases (2026.1, 2026.2…) are free.

Built by one developer who got tired of recipe apps that wanted his account, his data, and a monthly fee. No accounts. No data. No fee.
This update fixes bugs and adds a faster way to save recipes from sites that won't let you paste a link.
• Paste-to-import: When a recipe is behind a login or paywall, copy the text and paste it in — Braisery pulls out the title, ingredients, and steps for you.
• Smarter web import: Links from login-walled pages no longer import menu text and cookie banners.
• Import from Crouton & Mela: Backup files now tell you which recipes had problems instead of skipping them silently.
• Recipe Packs: Removing a pack now warns you first if you've edited any of its recipes.
• Fixes a bug that could create duplicate recipes when switching apps mid-edit.
