Description
Lightspeed Live (K & U) communicates directly with Lightspeed Restaurant (K) and (U) so you can see real-time sales and reporting from your restaurant, wherever you are.
Keep up to date with sales performance, check and guest volume and loss prevention metrics such as comp and void counts. Additional features include comparison against historical reports, top performing menu categories, access to your logbook and more.
What is required?
For Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K) customers, you must have access to Advanced Insights.
For Lightspeed Restaurant POS (U) customers, you must have access to HQ.

- New: The Upserve Suite has been rebranded to Lightspeed Restaurant (U-Series).
- New: Upserve Live has been renamed Lightspeed Live (K & U) and is now also compatible with K-Series. K-Series users can sign in from the updated login screen using their Lightspeed Restaurant credentials.
- Resolved: We fixed an issue affecting K-Series customers when signing in.

This app is worthless. Low functionality, bad UI, can’t find what you’re looking for, and super slow. You’re better off calling your staff via messenger pigeon and you’ll find what you’re looking for faster
