In our heads, we are always obsessed with deadlines, work results, income, health, .. or other risks such as natural disasters, wars. As a result, the mind is always in a state of worry, restlessness, thinking and working continuously.

One of the simple methods to relieve stress, anxiety, regulate the heart and develop mental health is meditation. There are thousands or more people practicing meditation, learning about it, or taking training courses.

Our App was created to help users improve their health, a tool to make meditation and breathing exercises more scientific and realistic.

1/ Breathing exercises: This section, has 4 levels with 4 different breathing patterns, from easy to difficult and has 4 breathing training purposes for different needs and situations, including:
Relax: Inhale 4s - Exhale 6s
Focus: Inhale for 4s, hold for 4s, exhale for 4s and hold for 4s
Unwind: Inhale for 4s, hold for 7s and exhale for 8s
Energizer (Energy): Inhale 4s, exhale 2s

2/ Meditation: This section is for users who have practiced breathing well, or want to try the meditation function. You can choose the type of ringtone, practice time, edit the background music or the background screen to suit your personal preferences.

3/ Sound Relax: This is a collection of relaxing sounds, to help you relax before sleeping, or enjoy the view, drink tea, coffee with friends or think about something. It is helpful to increase the calmness in your soul

4/ Daily Mood & Quotes: You can check-in your emotions daily here, we have a chart showing emotions over time, if you do it regularly, you can follow the emotion chart, see How have you been feeling over the past week, month, or week? Besides, there are meaningful quotes about motivation, about life that are worth learning

5/ Training history: You can track your daily practice history in this section, the number of times completed, not completed, total practice time....
 
* How to use this app as a health promotion tool?
You should practice regularly every day, at least once at a fixed time. A good idea is that you can practice breathing anywhere if you have free time, it will be very good for your routine.
