Adorably motivating mindful breathing app!

I was already hooked on the Water Llama app, and since it’s the first thing I’ve ever been able to stick with in trying to track how much water I drink every day, I decided to go ahead and try out Mind Llama too. I love it! It doesn’t make you feel bad if you miss a day. It’s always encouraging and it’s so fun to switch around and use the different animals and backgrounds and sounds, which almost feels like turning mindful breathing into a game, but in a very positive, motivating way! It’s so cute, and the developers regularly update it with new things. They just added lots of new animations, and from what I’ve seen so far, I already love them! If you’re looking for something to help you remember to pause throughout the day to take a few deep breaths, and you love adorably animated animals, I highly recommend this app! It even allows you to adjust the length of your inhales and exhales, and if you want “hold” time in between. I really love that feature. I’d keep the app just for that even if it didn’t also have such delightfully adorable animals to breathe along with you!

Love and is very helpful!

I’ve been being less productive recently and not waking up at a good time of going to sleep at a good time and then when I don’t wake up at a good time I just don’t get ready because I think there is no point but there is lol but this really helped and when I was having a rough time these deep breaths helped 5 star for sure!

It’s also very minimalistic and cute! It’s adorable with motavaiting features. All of the quotes are very helpful to read before you go to sleep,right when u wake up,And if you go to school before school during school and/or after school. I think this is awes ome! I absoultly love Waterllama as well but if I needed to pick a winner out of those two it would be this one! Thank you so much for this awesome app!

I really want to love it but it needs more features

As someone who loves Waterllama, I was incredibly excited to see there was a new app for breathing exercises; dealing with an anxiety disorder this sounded like it would be a perfect fit! After downloading and starting my free trial, however, I discovered quite literally all it does is a single feature: 5 deep breaths with an icon of your choice on the screen. While the price for subscription is not incredibly high, I still hoped that for an app that is asking people to subscribe it would have at least a few extra features, possibly other breathing patterns to help with sleep or with being alert, or even just some mindfulness exercises. As this app grows I will be excited to see the additions, but in its current state I can’t see myself paying money to use this product.
