Take a few minutes out of your day and just breathe. Mindful breathing helps to reduce anxiety, extinguish negative thoughts and even reduce pain. Designed to be used by itself or with your preferred guided meditation app or podcast. With Breath Player you can create your own breathing account and level up as you go. Track your daily streaks, and count your breaths along with HealthKit and mindful minutes integration.

Breath Player allows you to Input your breath in a variety of ways to find what works best for you. You can input your breath via tap, slider, or belly mode. You can also select from an ever-growing number of customizable sound and music experiences including thunderstorms, wind, ocean waves, treetops, waterfalls, binaural spaceships, counting with pianos, clocks, and many more. Hear Ocean Waves crash and pianos play up and down with the rise and fall of your breath.

Wonderful!

I really love the app, and it’s really helped me to calm down when I’m most in need. One thing I would enjoy is if I could use it while laying down, which doesn’t seem to work, but listening to the audio has really helped me to sleep and focus.

Thank you for the kind words. You’re right, belly mode is currently designed to work best with the iPhone sensors when positioned upright. We will definitely look into adding functionality to accommodate breathing while lying down, as it’s a great idea!

This app is so cool! It let’s you meditate in a holistic and interactive way. You use touch in interact with the music for a peaceful and connected meditation session. A+ job!! Can’t wait for additional music too!
