Bria Stretto™ for iOS is a VoIP softphone explicitly tied to CounterPath's Stretto Platform™ and requires an administrator generated account for login. If you do not have an account given to you by your company, operator or CounterPath, you will not be able to use the softphone client.
Bria Stretto for iOS is based on CounterPath’s award-winning Bria softphone clients and is provisioned by a module of the Stretto Platform. The Stretto Platform’s Provisioning Module is a powerful way for enterprises and operators to distribute, configure and manage Bria softphones and enables users to store their softphone related settings a single, convenient location. With the Provisioning Module, customers can fully provision their Bria softphones for use with their enterprise, SMB, ITSP, or operator VoIP solution.

CounterPath's Bria mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time. As a result, the official position of CounterPath is that CounterPath's Bria product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying or supporting Emergency Calls. CounterPath will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly nor indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls. Using Bria as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.

Chatroom Improvements: You can now invite participants directly into public chatrooms. We've also added distinct notifications for 1:1 and chatroom messages.
We added several new items based on user feedback: We've added support for anonymous calling, converting letters to numbers, disabling call waiting and improved offline vCard behavior.

Really good app; frees us up
This app is very useful, since it allows us to have our office phone "with us", even when we're away from the office. I haven't had any problem with bugs.
It also allows you to have your staff work remotely on those days when a family emergency or other circumstance keeps them away from the office.
I highly recommend it.
Must use but clunky
The software is a big clunky and is not elegant.
Poorly interfaces with iOS.
I use Bria all day and night to stay connected using my phone, tablet, or laptop. I am connected to my team using IM, Presence, Voice, and Video calling. Customers and partners can call me on my business number no matter where or how I am working. Bria for CCS takes the deployment complexity out of this Kind of UC offering my making my services work on any device.
