GPS NAVIGATION Get a list of turn by turn directions within our app so you don't have to switch out of the app to see where your next turn is (currently does not offer truck specific routing) BACKGROUND LOCATION DISCLAIMER The BridgeHaul app requests access to determine your location while the app is in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. However, BridgeHaul only requests location periodically for short periods of time to mitigate this issue and testing has shown the difference in battery life is negligible. With the 5 circles view, I don’t need a big circle to tell me I’m driving. Instead prominently display the shortest time remaining in bold easy to view format. Also circles could be green, yellow or red depending upon time available.

I was having trouble with the elog saving to Brudgehaul carrier correctly. After 12 emails back and forth, nothing was resolved. I decided to cancel my subscription and found out that you don’t get any refund for your prepaid subscription. They never asked why I cancelled. I would have called but there is no phone number in their contact on the app. Good for them. They got 6 months of my money for all the bad mouthing I will do them from now on. I thought BridgeHaul being a Bennett Company should have been a little better with customer support.
